Sloppy shifter

Default Sloppy shifter

I have a 96 f150. I can't get it into park. Park is reverse. My buddy just looked at it quickly and said its the shifter tube. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to fix it? Thx in advance.

So it wasn't the shifter tube . There's 2 torx bolts t30 above the brake pedal. One was almost falling out. I tighten them up and she's good to go.

It's tighter than It's every been. So I think everything else is ok.
