Default Single injector issue

I have a 94 f150 with the 5.0, it has a reman engine each cylinder has 125psi compression, new injectors, new gaskets, new spark plugs (we switched out as well to test), the injector plugs have 12v, new distributor, new map, tried a different computer out of another truck and cylinder 4 is still having a misfire. Is there anything else we’re missing that can be causing this? Anything helps thank you.

The good part is you have seven other injectors to compare with. You can swap the suspect injector with an adjacent one to see if the problem follows the injector.

Secondly, each injector has to have 12v. applied, you say you have that.. The other injector wire is pulsed to ground potential by the computer to complete the circuit and allow the injector to energize. You need to check that. If you do not have that, look at the computer and the associated wiring between the computer and the injector. You say you swapped computers with hopefully a proven good one. That being the case, test the injector wiring going back to the computer.

Finally, make sure your issue is not ignition related to that cylinder.
