Shifting Hard And Soft

sometimes when i shift its hard to put into gear, and other times it really easy to get it in gear, its a 5 speed. could this be any major problem or what is this anything to worry about?

Could be a couple things...Low fluid, bad syncros, bad slave cylinder.....does it grind or anything anytime? Have you checked the fluid?

its got a new slave, now that i think about it, its easier to shift when the weather is warm out, and when it is chilly out in the morning its a little more stiff.
