What did you do for the transfer case shifter? cut a hole in the floor?

No, actually I looked up under there and there's a square cut out already there and I just took it out and bought a shifter boot

The swap wasnt the hardest thing in the world at all. Just took time and patients. And on the t-case I have no clue I'll figure out.

If it was stock out of an f150 its a bw 1356
