im not sure it could be a problem with your front axle cylinders or it could be like someone else said, your not use to the nose dive your truck does.

Maybe there's air in the lines. I'd check that first. Alot cheaper than new calipers and rotors.

Thats a good idea super duty ill have to bleed the lines first and see what happens

Just FYI drilled rotors only dissipate heat and gases to reduce brake fade. It won't fix a soft brake. Make sure the rubber lines aren't stretched or worn.
