i have a 1991 f-150 2wd 4.9 300 six i bought it and it had been sitting for 2 years without starting got it started and drove it home and now it runs rugh when warm it bogs down and when you rev it up and hold it it will gain its power and go for a little more than do the same thing alover again i am 15 and i havent really drove it on the road im just ondering if it needs to be driven or what.

 

The fuel system may be crapped up. You can try running some cleaner in it. Also check the computer for codes, this thread will tell you how:
