Default Is RockAuto worth it?

I have a list I need to fill, and I am using RockAuto. Is this a place worth purchasing from or is there another site you use and believe is better?

Rock Auto usually has Motorcraft parts in stock for our trucks, but I've bought from Amazon a few times too, and sometimes eBay.

I purchased all the parts to rebuild my front steering and suspension from rockauto, 5 years ago. If you're making a large order, they're well worth it. They tend to have higher shipping costs than other places, so if you're only ordering 1 or 2 parts, it may not be a better deal. I was happy with my experience with them, and have yet to meet someone in person who had a bad time either. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again

Awesome to hear. I indeed have a huge order, and they have all the Motorcraft parts I needed.

I buy one part at a time from whoever has the lowest total price for the part I want with a reasonable delivery time. Just because you buy one part from RA, that's not a reason to overpay them on any other part. For me, their shipping prices usually put them higher than other suppliers. But if you buy even one part from RA, Google a discount code to use there. There's always an active 5%-off code available.

My "go to" place for parts. Make sure your parts cart shows the items being shipped from the same warehouse or you have another freight charge involved. I try to stay with Motorcraft but sometimes will deviate so I only deal with one freight charge.

Exactly what I do and also agree with RA's shipping prices. I tend to start there because they offer options but then i'll hunt and search for cheaper options. I will say i've never had any issues with anything i've purchased from RA for both my F150 and Jeep.

RockAuto often has an OEM choice in their parts list. They are dependable to ship quickly but not always the cheapest choice when you figure shipping. Amazon is another good choice if you know the exact part number that you need. Shipping is usually less. Multiple parts orders usually work out fairly well from RockAuto. Search for a discount code.

Rock auto seems to have a good selection and decent prices, but they are a real pain to deal with for warranties and returns. I had a radiator arrive from them completely bent ( it was bowed like a rainbow) and trying to get a replacement was not easy,
