Default rear window bronco replacement?

does anyone know if it would be possible to put in the bronco style rear window, the ones that roll down, into an f-150? i'm trying to think of ways to customize my f150 and thought that would be pretty neat. any info on doin this would be awesome. thanks!

They have completely different shapes. Would require huge body changes.

ok. thats what i was wondering. but would it be possible to just install the motor inside the truck and use the existing rear window?

you'd have to rig it on a track because its a fixed window.

hmm, you guys aren't very encouraging on this project haha. anyways i'll look into it and see what it would really take. i do like the idea of the that tho

well we are just realistic. the window back there now is fixed, so to make it sliding would require way more work than i'd even be willing to do on the engine.

Yep. You would be pretty much cutting up the rear cab wall and rebuilding it. Adding another layer of steel for the window to lower into and hide the mechanisms. Building a channel for the window to roll up into and finding weatherstrip that will fit and work. Finding a way to attach the regulator to the truck rear glass.

exactly. since it has never been stock for our year trucks, it would all have to be fabbed up completely custom.
