how do you remove the stock radio on a 93 f150? without special tools

you can fiddle with a cut up metal hanger or go to walmart get the 2-5 dollar tool and save yourself a headache. i thought i would only use it once but i have used it like 10 or more times pulling the stock radios in the different cars that i have had or being the hero to my friends that want me to install their new radio for them
