Default radiator question.

Does anyone know if the 1990 f150 had an aluminium radiator. Tue guy at my shop says the brass one in my truck is an aftermarket replacement.

They haven't used brass in radiators for many years, they are aluminum. Definitely aftermarket.

Thanks I had the broken mount tabs welded back on but the guy said that hot tanking it would be a risk. So since I have no leaks or overheating we flushed it and popped it back in. I'll replace it another day this only cost me $50 including antifreeze. Sorry Sean, no well water here.
