Default Pulling codes??

I know this thread has been on here several times but I can't find it. I have a '93 that does not have an OBD2. Can anyone help me out??

Also, At low RPM's or when I am lugging the motor there seems to be a miss and it looses power. At higher RPM's it runs great. What could cause this??

On the older Fords, I believe it is either duraspark 2 or obd 1, there is a triangle looking plug under the hood on the drivers side near the fire wall, that is the test port. You will need a reader, they are not that expensive, it will show blinks or beeps in a sequence that will give the codes, also the loss of power could be a vacuum line, wires, plugs, or check and make sure the motor is not running hot.

I bought a code reader for abt $20 and like using it. I keep it in the glove box. You can pull the codes using the reader or by plugging in a jumper wire. See this thread for a how to:
