Default pulled code 0411

I just pulled a code 0411 secondary air injection on my 96 xlt 4x4 with the 302. I tried checking my vacuum lines i.e the ones that connect to the intake manifold and they look good, could this little hose be the cause?

or can it be the O2 sensor, it looks pretty old...

Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System Insufficient Air Flow Detected
First you need to check the air pump is working. The air pump is belt driven and located at the lower front of engine near the crank. You can remove the hose to see if you have air. If air flow is present the most common problem is the diverter valve. The purpose of the valve is to divert secondary air upstream to the exhaust manifold check valve or to divert secondary air downstream to the catalytic converter check valve. The check valves may also be blown causing the air to go in the opposite direction. Check electrical connection & Vac tube connections also.

looks like your truck is screwed, ill buy it for $400

that "little hose" on the side of your thottle body shouldnt cause any codes to be thrown, i just replaced that 1 on mine and i had it off for like 4 hours of driving, not 1 thing happened. you could replace it though i got some bulk hose from knecks.

I remember when i first bought it i took it to autozone to pull codes and they said it might be the air pump so i found a used one off ebay and replaced it, cel went away for like a year and its back so it might be the air pump again
