Default Programming remote entry FOB

Hi all.
I just bought a 1995 F-150. I need to program the remote entry FOB. I have looked all over the web and it seems this secret is guarded better than some of out governments secrets.
The turn key 5 ort eight times doesn't seem to work onthis truck. The new FOB came with instructions saying to " jumper the wires at the base of the steering column".
Well the wirst thing you can do to anything electrical is start "jumping" wies and plugs at random.
Can some one tell me what plug/wires are supposed to be jumped on a '95.
Thanks
Darrell

I had to do mine not long ago, turn the key on and off (not cranking it) four times, I think, until the door locks pop up/down then lock the doors with the fob. This is what the ford dealership does so should work.

Ok just got it figured out
To the right of the steering column, behind the little dash cubby is a silver box about 2x3x4 in., this is the remote door unlock control. Just below and to the left of this wrapped in the controllers wire loom is a female connector, you jump the two wires inside this connector.
Process.
jump wires
turn key to acc or on,
locks will cycle,
press any button on remote,
locks cylce,
turn key off,
locks cycle to let you know the code was taken.
Double check key FOB works.
Hope this helps someone in the future.
