I heard on here that OBll can be on some 95s but on all 96s. How do you tell?

 

If it's OBDII there'll be a plug inside the cab. Towards the passenger side under the glove box that says data port. If it's OBDI the plug is located under the hood somewhere

 

back to what I posted before, is there a way to get rid of the speed limiter, so it doesnt cut out at 100mph or whatever.. not that you need to be topping 100mph in a pickup, but would like to know I can without it cutting out.. and a way to do this WITHOUT using a programmer. I know you can get rid of it WITH a programmer, but can do you it WITHOUT? Not sure the price of a programmer is worth it just for that reason... or is it?
I have a Tahoe that is my DD most of the time....till I get my f150 done.. it will konk out at 95mph.. and its still pulling strong, I am guessing it would top at LEAST 120, from what I have seen probably 130, but thats rather insane speed in a big suv. I just think speed limiters are stupid.
