Unhappy Process of elmination right?

I had the problem awhile ago with my brakes being soft after I replaced the front pads and put on a new master cylinder.

Well it never really got completely fixed and while I could still stop safely it just didn't feel like it should. I've bled the thing a ridiculous amount of times and every time it will be ok for about 5 minutes then it goes back to how it was.

I've been doing some research and a sinking pedal is a symptom of a bad proportioning valve. Quite frankly it's the only thing I haven't replaced. Any opinions or ideas?

FYI: No fluid loss, new brake lines, new master cylinder, Vacuum booster is good, drum brakes are good. Pedal has little to no feed back until closer to the floor.

Try to adjust the brake push rod that goes between the master and booster, or your rubber hoses are failing.
