Default Let's talk shocks...

I am thinking that I need new shocks for my truck. They seem to be fading after driving longer distances. So after some researching I have decided that I want some monotube shocks with a remote resivoir. Now the problem I have is I can't seem to find a part number for our model trucks. If anyone can help me find something like this or give me other ideas would be great.

Thanks,
Jesse

Why do you want these? Do you go rock where you need massive amounts of travel? Do you jump your truck where you need the extra dampening?

I do mud racing and street driving mostly. I am considering these because the Rancho 9000's that I have fade real bad when I drive it to work, it happens when I go to slow down. I have replaced everything else and was looking trying to figure out the "bounce" I get in the front end after long drives, and found that the shocks are hot to the touch on the front. Now just trying you get the truck to behave better on the street and still perform well in the mud. Mainly just trying to keep the 35" tires under control when slowing down.

Thanks,
Jesse
