Bulb probably remove from check engine light. Check your grounds for the computer.

Make sure your mass air flow sensor and everything else is hooked in with the cold air intake. If it all is, then I'd say your air intake sensor is bad. I dont know about the rough idle because I've never had one go bad before.

ACT sensor, measuring & relating incoming air temp to ECU in combination w/ ECT sensor, measuring engine coolant temp, is the beef of how the ECU determines air to fuel ratio as far as temp variances is concerned. W/ either malfunctioning, the ECU becomes slightly dyslexic in that regard. So the answer to your question is "yes"!

Oh, you went "Cold Air" (if that's what you want to call it). So where did you relocate the ACT? There, most likely is your problem! Disconnected or flopping around on the engine somewhere.

Regarding "Cold Air Intakes". Unless the Filter element is encapsulated & air course is from outside the engine compartment, "IT AIN'T A COLD AIR INTAKE'. What you removed to install, "was" a Cold Air Intake. They make modified high flow cold intakes, but what most of what is referred to as such, are far from it.
