Default The problem that never ends!!

I have now replaced so many parts on this truck I feel it should be brand new. However when I tried to start it today the two month old battery was dead, I didn't undo the neutral like I should have when I replaced both gas tanks. After replacing them both and finishing them today and trying to check my work, nothing. So I hooked up my starter/charger and hit engine start only to still hear no click and a loud buzz from the wires(area)in the engine compartment no click or anything from the solenoid or starter. I'm at a loss, is it a fuse somwhere I don't see or could it be the solenoid? The loud buzz from somewhere near the mass of wires is what's confusing. Any help is appreciated, oh and thanks to those who answered the air box question, I ordered one from a junkyard and it's being shipped.
