Default Power window switch problem

Hi,
I have an 89 F-150 XLT L and the driver side window power switch is acting up. The window will go down ok but up is chancey! Can anyone tell me how to remove switch and clean or replace and where is the best or cheapest place to get a replacement? Thanks!

Wow! Ok can someone tell me how is the best way to remove the cover plate on the window lock switches without breaking it ???

you need to take a small flat head screwdriver and push in from the side (if you look very close you can see where) to release a clip as you pull up gently. Then the other side. On mine it was easier to remove the door panel. The clips are a pain in the A**.
