Power steering problems

so will that just help keep the temperature down? and After I run that I have to flush my whole system right?

I don't think you necessarily have to flush, wouldn't hurt. Read the can, the stuff will need to be in there long enough to do its cleaning magic. It is just a good overall treatment of hydrolic systems.

Am thinking air is entering the system causing the oil to foam and eventually explodes out the fill tube.

If air was getting in to the system wouldent a leak be present. Because as of now i have no leaks

Hydraulics if a different breed. Seals can be used to keep contaminents from entering the system, suctions side of system or pumps. Years back the mechanics would replace the pump shaft seal for this reason, now a days its replace this and that. Low side leaks would show seepage not drips, if that helps.

Ya I just checked every thing for seepage and it was dry. I checked the lines going from the power steering pump to the gear box the gear box it self, the power steering pump and reservoir the only thing that was not dry was the actual cap but thats from the last explosion

ok i have the exact same problem possiblity #1 the alighnment on the front is off causeing to much pressure #2 i have a computer site that i paid money a on line manual that says certian pumps the cap is wrong for the pump there fore blowing the cap off even though you measured corectly try this go a little under what it says and see if it pops off again i will check the manual if i am corect on this cause it is a pain happens all the time you make a hard left or right next thing you know smoke from the engine

Yup thats exactly what mine is doing I will try to take a little out of it. What manual do you have. I have the factory ford manuals and i found nothing. $70.00 later for 3 huge books

i have the all data think and i could have swarn i read something about not haveing the right reading but could be wrong but i let a little out of mine and it works fine
