Default Power progammers and chips

I was just wondering if a chip or programmer would be worth the money for my 1995 f150 with the 351. It already has true dual exhaust.

I have a true dual setup with a few other mods on my 351 and I got a JET chip for it and noticed a good difference....they say 22hp...in real numbers its probably like 10 or so but I felt it

yeah I just checked on JetChip.com and it is a different part number than mine...thats weird but its the same price.....
