Default Power Prob

I have a 94 F150 XLT , 4WD , 4.9 ,5 spd .
Upon accelerating you can hear the RPM of the engine increasing but the truck speed doesn't . Then after a second or three , you can feel the engine power slowly ease in . This happens in all gears . It is even worse when pulling a hill or slight grade . I was told the Slave Cylinder might need bled . Any ideas ?

If the slave cylinder needed to be bled you would have problems disengaging the clutch. It sounds like your clutch has serious slipping problems. It's likely you just need to replace the clutch.
