Default Power Door Locks FAIL

Greetings. The door locks have stopped working over time. They worked well when I got the truck in May. However over the months, they have slowly stopped working. I thought it was because the previous owner had installed a remote start kit. It comes with a keyfob, and will also unlock and lock the truck. When I press these buttons on the keyfob, the unit responds by flashing the lights. But does not unlock the doors. I can not unlock them from the main switches on either door.

Anyone have any suggestions as to where to start troubleshooting?

You can pull out the drivers side switch and check continuity between it and a spice at w/y and tn/lb to ensure they are the correct wires, i'm assuming the wires are splice close to the alarm?
Remove the splice
See if windows operate properly
If that repaired the problem, test alarm wiring before adding it to the circuit.

I think the remote start kit is spliced in using Vampire clips. So they never had to cut any stock wires. All the more confusing since there shouldn't be a break in the wires.

I looked at that wiring diagram. Is that for the door locks or the windows or both? It looks to me like just the windows.

can you work the locks manually. fords tend to have door lock actuators that just love to go bad.

Well I can push the lock column to lock it. And I can unlock it by opening the door using the handle.
