Whats some more details here? Is the truck turning over? Have you checked to see if you have spark? Getting fuel to the cylinders?

ok the feul pump works just fine replaced all wires that you can think of...
new battery
new spark plugs and wires
new distributor cap and rotor
new alternator
new starter and switch
yes it turns over and i replaced all my fluids.
the only thing i can think of is the distributor is bad. it only starts when its warm outside

You don't have a paper clip?

If you know everything why are you here asking questions? Yes, easy and cheap replace the distributor. Common sense should tell you that.

take your intake tubes off, get a deep socket, rachet, extension, and swivel. take your distibutor cap off, mark where your rotor is, take out bolt on hold down for distributor, take hold down off. pull your distributor out. install new/used one and put it all back together. time it and tu duh! your truck is fixed! well maybe not but you seem pretty sure its your distributor.

how cold is it out that it wont start? if its like -15 or colder are you plugginf it in? did you replace module on side of distributor? coil? are there any codes?

maybe your compression is away down?
