Default Pigs

wow i hate them pigs. Everytime i take my truck out for a spin i smell that bacon. Came around a corner nice n easy n theres a pig sitting there just frikin staring like crazy. Hardly even had her down. Rev it up a couple times in town....next day i have 5 cops follow me within an hour. What kinda bull is that. Find something better to do than bust a guy with a loud truck.

I grew up in a SMALL town in Georgia, and when I was in High School my first car was a 1968 GTO...well, it had headers and loud exhaust when I bought it, and I gues that that was what made me decide between that car and the other cars I looked at...it had a 400 CID engine and auto tranny, and when I drove it, it sat me back in the seat PRONTO!!!

One of the locals had graduated from our high school the previous year, and he thought he would lord it over us others in town, so when I drove that GTO thru town, he stopped me...needless to say, we had words, and I got back in the car and drove off...left him standing there!!! He knew better than to do anything else, just putting it mildly...he told me I could not have those mufflers in town since it did not come with them...I told him I bought it that way and it would STAY that way...never had any more trouble for sure!!!

Well, a few years have seperated me from those days, but I still love the rumble of a sweet hot rod!!! Have had another '68 GTO, a '63 SS Nova and a couple others since that era, but the first GTO was the sweetest. IT was only 5 years old when I bought it for $1200.00 CASH...try to find one now for that!!!

Haha. Everyone around here has their truck piped out...but they go with the gay cat back crap which isnt near as nice sounding as true dual. You just can beat the roar of a true dualed v8.

try movint the camera off to the side, or into the bed of the truck, that way it wont distort as much when you get into the higher rpm's.

It does sound awesome.

are you running any sort of crossover like a x pipe or a h pipe?
