Default Performance parts

Okay, I have a 1996 F-150 with the 302. I'm looking at increasing its performance and basically want to make it a bad a** truck. I went to summitracing.com and got some price ideas for their products, but am looking for other websites that are trusted and known that I can compare price and product quality. Any sites come to mind would be great.

ALSO:
If you have any ideas on what you would do if you had the money. I came across a nice amount and I'm setting some aside to build my truck. It is 4wd, but I do not want to make a mud truck, it will still be my daily driver, and I am a volunteer Fire Fighter, so I drive quick down windy roads on a daily basis. Tall truck moving fast on curvy roads don't go good together...

Thanks for any advise!

well if it was mine and I wanted a truly badass truck and it was worth the effort...

I would either pull the 302 or find a donor 302 and do a 347cu in stroker motor...

Eagle make a pretty sweet bottom end recip for those...then I would opt for AFR CNC ported aluminum heads and a cam to make it all work...

Tune the ECM and MAF sensor to dial it in...then you will need to enhance the Auto trany if you have one as it wouldnt last long with all the new found power...

But thats just me..I tend to hot rod everything i own...Even the lawn tractor and weedeater...
