Default part identification running problems

hi i have a 1983 ford f150 2wd 5.8l windsor carbureted and so ive changed the timing chain ,fuel pump, fuel filter, water pump, and now when we try and start it it runs if the pedal is pressed enough but at idle it stalls i increased the idle screw but seems to have made no difference and i think this part may have something to do with it? but idk what its called. help

Timing is probably off try adjusting to get idle. Timing can't be set unless truck will idle. The dashpot is for fast idle when engine is under load like a/c. Was truck carb ok previous the timing chain change?
