I've painted accessories using krylon fusion for plastics. Holds up well and looks great. I did see some interior paint for vinyl and plastic as well as paint for seats and carpets at autozone the other day. Found that interesting. Tempted to paint my bench seat black. Calls for thorough cleaning and 24 hours to dry after being painted. Not sure I can keep out of my truck for 24 hours. I think the vinyl and plastic paint was $9@can and the seat and carpet paint was $7@can. Probably take quite a few cans for a bench seat. Maybe one or two cans for the door panels.

Here's their description.....
Rust-Oleum® fabric & vinyl is a flexible coating that restores color on vinyl, simulated leather and some fabrics. Ideal for use on vinyl furniture, luggage, car seats, car door panels, vinyl car tops, dashboards, floor mats and more.
Use on fabric & vinyl surfaces
Provides excellent adhesion that won t rub off, crack or peel
Any-Angle Spray with Comfort Tip
Fast drying

Use tsp to remove grease, wax and mold removal ajents! The spray with a adhesion promoter then paint! Turn out great, was really unsure for a while but now I'm really glad I did it! The dash hasn't peeled or scratched at all and it's been almost a year this summer! There arm rest on doors need to be redone on mine tho but other then that it worked great! Good luck

Lots of screws but really not to hard once you get going just gotta have a good memory putting it all back together. Theres a few pain in the *** thing but if tour able to rip out the dash you'll figure out everything else! The full job was about a full day morning to night!
