So update on the Flare Side. Replaced the High side A/C line the drier and next is the evaporator. It also got a little bit of a change today. Power windows both work along with mirrors. I wired the locks up backward though and i could not for the life of me find the door light wires in the truck for the driver side. Oh and the door pins are shot. It takes 2 people to close the door ( have to pick it up like an inch ) it's aligned all the way up as well... oh well the money pit is starting to look better.

So I thought I’d just update this. I’ve since replaced all 4 ball joints axle u joints ( cracked a yoke so had to replace it. ) and radius arm bushings and replaced all the ground straps that were missing ( it can go more then 50mph now and still shift perfect!! ) I repacked the bearings and replaced the brakes ( pads rotors and drums ) all that took 16 hours and almost $1,000... you know.. rust. Anyway next up is every hanger anywhere near the rear tires... oh and I fixed the door.. kinda. I paid a body shop to realign it... instead of unbolting it and moving it around they picked it up with some sort of tool( I thought he was going to snap the door pins in half... ) and slammed a socket in it and screwed the inside of the door up so I had to layer duct tape on it to press the button for the dome light... oh well it closes..
