haha well the point of it is to do stuff I don't want to do in my supercrew like drive in bad weather ( trying to keep the rust to a minimum ) and going off road without worrying about scratching it and stuff like that. Haha cheap is the main goal and the way it sounds it needs a fuel pump or something fuel related to get it running.

I'd say buy it. Get the best price you can, but it does have potential.
Shop around for an original paint door and tailgate that match, you won't even have to paint it.
All that crap with the cluster just looks like somebody didn't know how to do something. You can fix all that.

Got pictures of the leak. And the current state of the body. It's looks like something just cut the filter. But it's not locked up or anything,

Looks like they've been selling parts off it. you better go buy it for 500.00 before it gets stripped any further.

Well they won't budge off $700 should I offer $675 or walk? It's 40 miles away and I don't think my Supercrew will pull it. I've possibly got access to a 7.3 F250 and a 2.7 ecoboost F150. I'd have to rent a car hauler and a hand winch. There are no other trucks in that price with 4WD. And 4WD Is a need for me.

40 miles away - call a tow truck. There's over 1000 in parts there so you can't go too far wrong.
and 500 or 700 - if the truck's worth buying, 200.00 doesn't matter.

well... I'm going to have to think long and hard.. I don't know where to get a cluster for it or seats. They are $300 for a front set. And how much a tow would be.

I know it's not local to you, but there are plenty of parts truck on clist.

I would say that since they sold the seats an front clip they should come down on price for a non running truck.
