I've used about two quarts of the regular Por15 and 1/4-1/2 a can of their top coat. So far I've undercoated the rear axle, front gas tank, and frame up to the front suspension.

Haven't touched the underside of the body yet...so I'd guess that if you're wanting to do the whole frame, axles, and under-body, you will need at least 3.5 quarts of Por15 (they sell it in 4oz cans as well) and 1 quart of top coat. Along with a jug of metal prep and degreaser.

I see that the price of a quart is down to 34 bucks, it was $48 when I bought it. So if you're gonna do it I'd buy now.

Bought a used instrument bezel on ebay that was supposed to be in near-perfect condition with no cracks. Unsurprisingly the mounting hole was completely busted out so I thought I'd try to epoxy a washer on the back to see if it would hold.

There she is...hopefully it will last.

Anyone know what this connector is for?

Here it is back together. I also had the instrument cluster out and cleaned all the dust out of it.

Also replaced this pad. This is the old one obviously.

And new. Looks much better. I took the glove box out to clean it up.

This inspired me to order a "new" dash pad. I had been holding out for awhile because red is really hard to find and when you find a nice one they are really expensive, but damn it, I'm tired of looking at the cracks.

Now I just need a new seat and new carpet.

Expensive no doubt...but you won't regret it.
