Default oil pan

got an 92 thats got a little oil pan leak does anyone know what i shud torq the bolts to on the pan?

What engine? 300? 302? 351?

Bolts should be between 7-10 ft/lbs the back 4 bolts should be 9-12 ft/lbs (not 12-18)

I thought it was the 4 corner bolts 15ft/lbs and the rest were 10ft/lbs

Nope, the last 4 at the back to properly seal the rear main. And im going to correct myself, not 12-18 its 9 to 12 ft/lbs my mistake

All the bolts should be 10-12 ft/lb on all engines

OOps my uncle said just tighten them as much as you can with out it squealing with the turn add oil and tighten it more if it leaks 5 months later not a single drop of oil has been spilt! got to love the old school mechanics LOL
