offroad and driving lights
Ok, I'm gonna get some 55w driving lights and some 150 ow 100 wat offroad lights, how should I run the wires, any tips?, where would be the best place to run the switches to and put them.
do you have any unused spots on your dash around your steering column? i have a couple i plan to use for switch panels. it beats having to make anything, but be careful with that dremel.
and i agree, use some relays.

well the kits im looking at are at walmart( i dont wana spend alot of $$). one kit comes with wires and a switch i know but im not for sure about the driving lights. I"m not gonna run them in with the current light switch. Ive never done electrical work, what do you mean by the relays, and yes i have a panel on the dash that isnt used, its about 2"x2" and its on the right side of the steering collumn

A relay is basically a remotely operated switch. Your in cab switch will tell the relay to flow power to the lights, this keeps you from running the high amperage line in the cab and through the switch.

A good spot for the switches are where the factory has the rear window switch for the broncos and if you do not have the electrical transfer there is another knockout right there for the second switch. I believe that the wide rocker style switch will fit in the knockouts without leaving much open space.
