Default Odd wires

I finally cleaned all the garbage from behind the seat of my '87 5.0 F150. Lo and behold i found two loose wires, The one screwed into the seat looks to be a ground strap, but i have no clue to what the other wire is for. I followed it under the carpet to the drivers side rocker panel (then discovered i have bad floor pans ) up to the hood latch but lost it there. One is black & the other is brown with a blueish-purple stripe. ANy idea as to what these are for?

Tried that, wired a speaker to them to see if i got any sound, nothin. I also took my dome light out & swapped it, theres a brown & purple stripe wire going to that too.

It's for the seatbelt dude. If your seatbelt doesn't have two wires to it then that's where it goes.
