Default O.o Help!

The pin for my power steering pulley is stripped!!! And now I can't get the pulley on
suggestions? ingenious solutions???

any pictures of what happened? i'm not sure about this particular pin, but generally it can be replaced with a piece of a bolt or something like that. I have to see it to try to invent something.

This is the best pic I have right now. Inside it has a hex for a bolt to go on but i would need to find a bolt wit the same inside/outside diameter.

There's a pulley remover/installer tool that you should have used.

I tried the tool but I think I didn't have enough clearance and when I put it in sideways I bent the threads somewhere. Had to get another pump and cut the front of the tool but its all good now.
