First check the coolant level. When it's low the heat won't get hot.

Check vacum line on top of blower motor, controls blend door I believe.

Welcome to the site!

Suggest to check the heater hoses with the engine at operating temperature. Both should be hot and near equal temperature with respect to each other. If the hoses are not hot - got a flow problem - low coolant level, kinked hose, other blockage, etc.

If the hoses are hot, then likely have an airflow control problem - the temperature blend door may be stuck, its vacuum actuator failed, etc.

Not sure when Ford changed from cable-actuated to vacuum-operated blend doors. If your air is not coming out the correct outlets, such as coming out the vent when it should be coming out the floor, you likely have a vacuum leak somewheres that may prevent a vacuum-operated blend door from working properly.

Good luck, and keep us posted on what you find.
