Hey everyone i just picked up a 96 f150 4x4 with a 302, i bought it for a winter beater. but shes in paretty good shape no rust as it came from yellow knife in canada, sooo now that i have it i want do a few things this winter to it for sure. thanks for looking.. any imput would be great !

That's a good looking truck for a 'beater'!

What kind of things are you planning to do to it?

I'd definitely go through the motor (change fluids and filters just so you know what you're working with, change plugs so you can see if there are any clues to internal issues, check for trouble codes to correct, etc.)

In terms of appearance stuff, are you planning to put a lift and bigger tires on? If not, maybe look into a leveling kit - 2" front lift with longer coil springs. That will give you a better look, and a little more clearance when you're out in the sticks, mud, whatever.

Thanks alot!. im looking into the leveling kit , im not a fan of how it stands right now. there's 32'2 on it as of now, but im looking into geting 35's

You might need more than a leveling kit to fit 35's under there. Maybe 2" rear, 4" front. (or plan to cut quite a bit of the fenders off...)

Welcome bud. Like the truck, looks nice. Black rims looks nice with red paint. Just put some 15 inch Unique black rims on my truck, pics to come soon. :-)
