is it 4x4 or 2 wheel? 2 wheel is going to be 10x easyer to do.
if its 4x4 you will need to get a transfer case with the transmission.
the motor mounts will need to be made custom along with the trans and transfer case, drive shafts, harness, and possibly channeling the transmission tunnel. as well as the front suspension will need to be strengthened to support the engine weight.

you would be better off putting a Merlin V-1650 engine in the back at least then it will be worth the time and effort. but it can be done like anything else.

why not just use a Power stroke from a f450? at least they where sort of compatible with the f150s

I was just joking. I thought maybe it was like the f650 where you could get the CAT motor or the cummins and I had no idea.

Ford does not make Cummins. nor did they ever.
Cummins is a public company, a few years Ago ford owned a big amount of stock shares in the company but they never actually owned the company. but thy no longer own shares in Cummins at all.
