Default Needs Advice!!!

Alrite guys I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I got two 1993 f150s. One is a long wheel base 4x4 with a stock 302. An the other is a short wheel base 2 wheel drive with a high output 302. The HO's shot so I pulled it out of the 2 wheel drive and put the stock 302 in it. There nothin wrong with the stock 302. I used a ford Manuel for a 93 to hook it up. I've had 3 certified mechanics with their own shops look at it. All 3 said I did it right but my truck won't crank. They all fiddled with it an came up with their own solutions. One of them said it was the timing so I let them replace it. they put a racing timing gear set in it so I had to remove it an install the stock timing gear set. Got that done. had it checked an I had it set properly but it still wouldn't crank. the second mechanic said it wasnt getin enough gas. he said I had to replace the injectors so I did. after all that my truck still won't crank and run. I've checked all the the wiring and vacuum lines and haven't found any problem with them. I have everything properly hooked up to the motor. if anybody has any ideas id like to hear them.

What do you mean by "Crank"? To most people that means the engine actually turns when you hit the starter. Is it turning over but not starting or is it not even turning the crank when you hit the starter?

HO is a different firing order than a standard. Maybe you need to swap PCM's too?
