be careful...with all the metal from the lobe in the engine you can wipe another lobe very quickly...you need to find out why it wiped...there is an oil issue somewhere...

if you have a MAF the 1st one out of those choices but you wont be happy...

the usable range is too high for your truck without more compression...

I wouldnt go over a 218 duration @ .050 cam...I would opt for a 216 duration @ .050 myself....thats going to have some good offline and seat of the pants torque...

the other cams you listed will also need rear gear and a higher stall convertor to get you moving...you need a cam thats idle-3500 or so and those you listed dont start making power until 2500 rpm or higher...

the heavier the truck and the steeper the gears and taller the tires the harder its going to be to get there...

I ran a 230 duration @ .050 / .485 lift in a truck and it ran like hell from 2500 rpm up but getting there it was a turd...

swapped to a 216/465 and was much happier...
