need ignition help.... Help sean!

if i had my spark plug wires all mixed up and decided i was gonna crank it over for a wile what could it mess up coil, plugs, map sensor ? this is a contination of my earlier post of my truck missing.

its not going to mess up anything, it just won't run, well it might try

it wont mess anything up, but it either won't run or if it does it will miss and backfire
