Default need help/advice asap

my lug nuts stripped and my tire fell off while i was driving. long story short need to replace the rotor more info to come on that. but my other 3 tires look like those lug nuts are backing off. what would cause that on all four corners? are there like locking lug nuts i can get so they dont do that or what? i just got new rims and tire. unsure of the backspacing, but when i put the lug nuts on they tightened all the way down and were on like they should be.

What type of wheels are they? They're or numerous type of lug nuts on the market. Conical, ballseat, etc. You made have to research online to find out what they require but normally when the wheels are purchased it will say what type is required

Check the seat of the wheel and compare to the lug nuts you have, sometime visually you can tell, but most of the times they will list what lug nut should be used. Top of my head I'm unsure what they require. Also make sure you torque to 100-110 ft lbs and retorque in 1 week. I also usually retorque within 1 week, and then recheck every few weeks
