my blower motor an heater core went out last year. how hard are they to replace??

Should be able to pull the blower from the engine compartment - 3 or 4 screws, and a cooling tube assembly to push out of the way, and you're there.

The heater core is almost as easy. Remove the glove box, there will be an access panel with 8-10 screws. Takes about as long to round up and to put away the tools as it does to do the actual job.

Is it this easy on the 96 F150, also?

from what i read in my haynes repair manual, yes it is.... my truck is a 96 XL

ok. i changed everything yesterday. the blower motor i pulled out of my bronco. i turn it on high an it barely blows?? could it be bad??

i'd say the motor is shot if its barely blowing.... did the motor work good when it was in your bronco? and does it make any strange noises or anything?

idk if it worked or not. the bronco currently under going a heart transplant (motor swap) an i got the heater core out an it brand new so i thought the blower motor would work too. its pretty quite tho i can hear it run if i listen closely
