Default Need To Adjust Door Hinges

My door needs some adjustment, and I was wanting to know the easiest way to get to the hinge bolts. There's not much space between the door and fender. Can I access them another way?

I had to replace a door and a fender on my truck and I cannot see how you could accurately adjust the hinges without having the fender removed. And somebody to help.

Hinges rarely need "adjusting" anyway. A pin and bushing kit (Napa) would be one way to go.

I wish it was the pins. Soemone replaced the pins, but in the process took the hinges off to do it. When they put the hinges back on, they didn't get the bolts tight enough, and the door eventually moved.
