How many are there on a 90 model 5.0 Its late couldnt think right so figured I would ask. Alot easier that way. And how do you get them off?

Two motor mounts, one transmission mount. Unbolt mount from crossmember, raise engine, unbolt mount from engine. Installation is the reverse of removal.

 

4 nuts total now if you just want the engine the 6, 4 on trans if man and 2 nuts on the engine now remember you need a big hoist for trucks or you need to pull the front rad suport but prob got it out allready late post sorry
