Also might replace the fuel pump relay, just for the heck of it.

There is no neoprene in any fuel system, and these fuel lines are NOT repairable. Nor do they wear out or age. The relays are interchangeable, so a suspect FP relay can be swapped for the horn. But don't change any part unless it's due on the maintenance schedule, or it fails a published test.
