Cool Metallic rattle

whenever my 95 F150 XLT 302 Auto is in gear, and stopped or slowly moving (any faster and I cannot tell), there is an annoying metallic rattle. Anybody know what it could be?

Sometimes the engine had to be loaded like in gear to create the correct resonence for the screen to rattle. Very common back in those days. Forgot to mention, keep the jokes comming!

hi flow cats work excellent, so if thats ur last resort try it. i get that annoying metal rattle when driving, but i think mines do to stock manifolds no cats and going into a single 3" slp muffler and tip, so i think it's too much sound for one tip and muffler to handle.

Crawl under the truck while its cold and hit the cats with your fist or a rubber mallet. See if it rattles.
