Let me see if I have translated your note correctly;

"Has anyone switched to a mass air sensor, if so have you noticed any gains in performance".

You don't gain that much in performance switching from a throttle position sensor system to a mass air system (MAS). What you gain with an MAS is a system that takes advantage of improvements made such as an improved induction, or exhaust system.

Your truck does not have an MAS system. To switch to one is not cheap. You have to install a new engine control module, and purchase all of the other parts nessary to install the new system, and your wiring harness will have to be adapted with is not easy. There are after market kits that will adapt your truck to a system using a MAS but they are very expensive. On a recent episode of Trucks! they changed a 1994 F150 Lightning over to a MAS system I think these episodes are viewable online. With an older truck such as you have it is actually cheaper to purchase a later model truck that already has the system you want.
