lock out?

Question lock out?
i have a 1994 f150 if its in 2wd it has a clunk in the front passenger side when i stop if i put it in 4wd it dont do it is it the lockout can i drive it far

well i found out today if i dont go over 30 and dont hit a really big bump it wont do it i woul really like to hear some ideals thanks

i was just woundin what the cheapes and easist way to get better mpg and mabe a pone or 2 more?? thanks
