Jack system need all of it, Jack handle and anything else that comes with it. Junkyard it. Honestly I'd just get a bottle jack and a 4-way. The factory jack is a pain to use in comparison.
Rear center caps. Amazon/ebay/LMC all sell these. I'm assuming you're 4x4, so having 2 brand new ones won't look odd. Almost all the OEMs are faded out by now

yep. junkyard will be where you'll have the best luck. i would check maybe craigslist/facebook marketplace for a part out truck
The original jack was a (nearly) right-angle screw bottle, with a long thin crank handle. The only other components are the clips riveted to the core support & air box bracket for the handle; and the storage bracket for the jack, bolted to the RHF inner fender near the blower motor. The jack being clamped in place is what holds the lug wrench in its depression in the inner fender.
They're slightly harder to store, but a hydraulic bottle & 4-way lug wrench are vastly superior. A cordless impact is even-easier to use, but MUCH more expensive, and about as hard to store in the truck. Keeping it charged is another big problem. Corded 12V impacts are available, but they're VERY bulky and not particularly reliable.
A glove box door can be painted black.

It's sad but the closest wreaking yard is over 80 miles away. Not that i havent been there a few times since getting the truck.
